My career origin begins in Ottawa, Canada. After 3 years of education followed by 2 years of toughing-it-out as a corporate graphic designer, I began to freelance independently in 2011, seeking a bigger impact on the work I was doing. I’ve since collaborated with over 60 companies and organizations to build stronger and truly sincere web presences, offering a diverse skill set to each project I’ve had the opportunity of being a part of.
To stay involved in my professional community I contribute articles to Creative Bloq, am a serial Behance thumbs-upper, and participate in local learning events such as instructing/mentoring at Ladies Learning Code. I’m influenced greatly by my long time interests; often preoccupied by science fiction and subcultural art/sound. I read a lot, talk a lot, laugh a lot, and think a lot about design.
